These 850nm LED have a long life solid state reliability. 300um*300um AlGaAs/AlGaAs infrared chip and 45 degree IR LED is a common infrared LED, which is have a long radiation, high brightness and low voltage. Because of the material of LED chip, infrared LED have much lower voltage than red LED chip, blue, green and white LED chip. But the low voltage will not limit the current through the LED. So all the IR LED will have low voltage.
