Silicon Nitride Ceramic:

Injection molding (injection molding) is Insulating Ceramic Substrate Sheet Electronic Plate a method in which thermoplastic or thermosetting molding materials are uniformly plasticized in a heating barrel, and then pushed into the cavity of a closed mold by a plunger or a moving screw.
