Alumina Ceramics:

Alumina ceramics is a terpolymer of acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B), and styrene (S). The relative content of the three monomers can be changed arbitrarily to make various resins.

Therefore, ABS plastic is a kind of "tough, hard and rigid" material with easy-to-obtain raw materials, good comprehensive performance, low price and wide range of uses. ABS plastic has been widely used in machinery, electrical, textile, automobile, airplane, ship and other manufacturing industries and chemical industries. Start-up and shutdown have strict requirements for flame-retardant ABS in order to prevent the decomposition of flame retardants. When starting up, the barrel should be cleaned with general-purpose ABS before processing. Before the shutdown (referring to the shutdown for more than 20 minutes), on the one hand, the temperature of the barrel must be reduced to below 100°C, on the other hand, the material in the barrel must be emptied, and the barrel can be shut down after cleaning the barrel with general-purpose ABS. Its purpose is to prevent the decomposition of flame-retardant ABS.
