How do you number a hotel room?

As we normally seen when we live in hotels, the room number on the hotel door plate is usually 4 numbers. The front two numbers are the floor number, the last two numbers are the room number on each floor. If there are 30 rooms in each floor, normally the rooms 1-15 are on the right side, then the room 16-30 are one the left side, so it is easier for the customers find the room they live in. 

Besides room number on the hotel room number plates, there are also some service information, such as Check Out, Do Not Disturb, Maky My Laundry as well as the hotel logo.
