Our company was established in 1999, is such a company which integrates plastic injection mold design, tooling, molding, assembling and silk screen printing. Our company has a team which is composed of excellent technical engineers and management group. Besides, also owning many advanced milling machines, CNC machines, EDM machines and state-of-the –art presses, which laid a solid foundation for its development. In terms of mold design and mold making, we utilize CAD/CAM processing system to successfully transform our customer’s design concept so as to assure products conform to customer’s requirement. In order to produce excellent products continuously, we adopt work shifts to offer the expedited service to our customer. Furthermore, our inspection team do the every inspection in an earnest manner using inspection devices to guarantee the best quality. The main inspection devices are 3D test equipment, mesh tester, two dimensions measuring instrument and CMM. Main plastic products include: ■ Electronics: Outer covering of MP3, MP4, VCD, DVD and cell phone; automobile sound cover etc. ■ Office equipment: Tooling and molding for printer, duplicating machine etc. ■ Home appliances: Juice extractor, coffee machine, paper shredder, socket, CD cover, video cassette cover etc. ■ Miscellaneous: Medical parts, water pipe connector, precision gear etc. Through cooperation with different customers as per their different requirements, our company adopts different types of hot runner system for mold-making, which makes us accumulate much experience in DEM and HUSKY standard. Just through the all-directional cooperation with these companies, continuous study, creation and concept being updated, this makes us provide high-quality mold and plastic parts for customers home and abroad.
