Please pay attention to the following points:
1.PE, OPP materials can be used. The polybag size need to match the folding garment size. The big size or too thick garment maybe damage the polybag or can not put into polybag.2. The tear glue line should be keep 0.8-1.0cm wide, the tear should light peeling, because the strength of heavy peeling machine is limited, sometimes can not tear off.
3.The tear glue line is as far as possible to be unified position, no semitransparent, a certain solid color must have ( can not be red color , becuase the machine can not identify)
4. Polybag color should be transparent, envelope space is about 5cm,the mouth of the bag should be 1.5-3.0 cm longer than the clothes after packaging,for thick garment, should be 2-3cm (excluding the longer place of tearing glue sealing), too short affects the tearing glue sealing or not sealing securely.
