Shenzhen Riyueming Electronics-Optic Technology Co., Ltd., as a subsidiary of Zhongshan M.l.S Group, has the largest automatic LED production base in Asia. Our manufacturing base has introduced 70 sets of advanced ASM full-automatic LED die Bonders and 56 sets ASM automatic wire bonder from the USA, 136 sets of spectrometric machines and 12 automatic sealing lines from the Taiwan region, which enables us to produce 200kk top quality LED components every month. We also have infused ESD testers, DSD testers, LED angel & spectrum analyzers, LED plating-layer bracket testers, and high temperature storage tester and high & low temperature storage testing and thermal shock testers, which ensure the excellent quality of our LED components. Our workshops are equipped with both leaded/Lead-free wave soldering ovens, reflow ovens, and automatic surface mounting matching other first-top machines combined with our advanced management ideas and the most developed technology.
