Equipment Iniroduction:

Working Principle:
 

In the main system under the action of the fan, exhaust gas from the tower at the inlet into the adsorption tower in the gas tank pretreatment equipment or the function part. After cooling, filtering dust and oil mist, through the distribution into the adsorption tower body unit, surface force using high performance activated carbon adsorbent solid itself will be adsorption of organic waste gas molecules attract attachment on the adsorbent surface, clean gas chamber through the clean gas adsorption by adsorption unit into the tower body and is collected to the outlet discharge

The first part of  Exhaust system  , it will suck the waste gas from the plating tanks . There are three optional , you can refer to it . 
 

Optional 1: Tank suction 

• Advantage
• --- Manufacture technology is simple and less material used in manufacturing , so the cost is lowest.
• --- Most suitable for the long plating tanks (More than 1.4m) because its lengthen is designed according to tanks .
• Disadvantage
• --- The absorption area is small, and the exhaust gas cannot be absorbed to the maximum ext

Optional 2: Side suction  

• Advantage
• ----- It is standard , dimension confirmed easy , Simple manufacturing
• ----- Medium price ( Less than Top suction and more than Tank suction )
• ----- Absorption area is largest
