What is a filter press drip tray?

The filter press flap is also called the automatic flap system of the filter press, the water receiving tray, and the liquid receiving tray. It is a liquid receiving (collecting) device installed under the filter plate. When the filter press is feeding and discharging , the liquid leaking from the bottom of the filter plate flows into the turning plate and flows down to the receiving (collecting) water tanks on both sides of the filter press, and then flows into the concentration pool through the liquid collecting tank. The automatic flip plate of the filter press is an optional product for the filter press. Its main advantage is that the liquid does not flow into the filtered solid material, which can reduce costs and improve efficiency. It is more beneficial that when washing the filter cloth, the washing liquid can flow out in a concentrated manner, which reduces the labor intensity of the workers and better protects the operating environment. The automatic flap device can be customized according to the specifications and models of the filter press and the actual situation on site, and it can be installed on new or old filter presses.
