What is Belt filter presses?

Belt Filter Press are industrial machines used for solid-liquid separation processes in wastewater treatment plants, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, and other applications. They are designed to remove water from sludge or other materials by passing a continuous belt through a series of rollers and squeezing the material between two belts. The Filter Press Belts operates by applying pressure to the sludge or other material as it travels along the belt, forcing the water to pass through the pores of the belt and leaving behind a Filter Press Cake of dry solids. The cake is then removed from the belt and disposed of, while the water is typically recycled or treated further.
