MFS-1001 Sponge Small Round Head Cleaning Wiper is suitable for cleaning the thin surface and groove of the product. The small round head type provides more contact surfaces between the wiper head and the product to be cleaned. Thick sponge head provides good cushioning force during cleaning as well as higher liquid absorption capacity, PP rod adopts special chemical formula to ensure high product cleanliness, flexible handle, easy to bend to clean hard-to-reach areas, open cell sponge The head provides a larger contact surface and adsorption space, so that contaminants can quickly enter the sponge holes during the cleaning process to achieve the best cleaning effect, and is very suitable for cleaning smaller holes.

MFS-1001 foam cleanroom swabs is thermally bonded by 100PPI open-cell polyurethane foam & light green PP handle, its cleanroom laundered foam head possesses high solvent capacity and good cushioning. It is free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amide and phthalate esters, and it features very low non-volatile residue (NVR), ion content and particle generation. MFS-1001 is the ideal swab for eliminating contamination on surfaces and hard-to-reach areas, and is the perfect replacement for the typical cotton swab in applications that require superior cleanliness.
