For the low power 940nm LED, we use four kinds of IR LED chip to make it: 0.1W LED chip(10 mil). 0.2W LED chip(12 mil), 0.3W LED chip(14 mil) and 0.4W LED chip(16 mil). Their corresponding positive currents are 30mA, 60mA, 80mA, and 120mA, respectively. Although the infrared LED voltage is low(between 1.1-1.5v), it has no effect on its emission distance.
