Owning Various Testing Equipment
Aside from having a 10,000sqm factory (including newly established factory in Dongguan City) and over 150 staff, we also own an SMT workshop with three SMT machines, processing lines with three assembly lines and two automatic aging burning test lines, and an advanced experimental laboratory with two spectrophotometers, one goniophotometer, one constant temperature and humidity chamber, as well as other testing equipment.

Monthly Production of 200,000 Pieces
Our lighting production management system (PMS) has already passed BV and other related requirements. Advanced PMS highly ensures the best quality and fastest delivery of mass orders. Our capacity is 200,000 pieces a month. In 2013, our output reached 1.5 million pieces.

Acquired Many Invention and Utility Patents
Our R&D department, with over 15 members, is one of the core strengths in promoting corporate development. Our R&D workforce is composed of six groups such as chip and packaging, illuminating efficiency, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, hardware structure and industrial design groups, who make two to three new items a year. We also have currently acquired many invention and utility patents. All products are compliant with VDE, TuV, UL, DLC, FCC, SAA, C-Tick, CE, RoHS, ErP, and PSE standards. A Reliable OEM/ODM Service Provider Worldwide
In August 2010, we decided to give up multiple LED lights production and began to concentrate on LED tubes only. From 2011 to 2013, we offered professional LED tube solutions and have gradually become the reliable LED tube OEM/ODM project supplier for our clients worldwide. About 85 percent of our LED tubes are exported and the remaining 15 percent are for domestic LED tube projects.

Set Up a New Branch in Dongguan: Cooyes Industrial Park
In February 2014, our Dongguan branch was set up to meet the greater customer’s demands and LED lighting industry development. The new factory Cooyes Industrial Park is located in Dongguan and occupies 8,000 square meters. Making Cooyes Industrial Park the professional LED light factory to high standard, realizing 500,000 monthly output and enriching processing lines, will be our next step.
