Introduction
JMDM-14DIO singlechip control board is shenzhen jingmin digital machine co., LTD. independent research and development 8 channels input 6 channels output multifunction I/O control board, can be used to control the dicect current machine positive and negative going motion.

Performance parameter  
1. 8 bits high-performance single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip, 6 times the normal single chip microcomputer speed;
2.Main power supply: AC 9V or DC 12V.
3. 8 channels photoelectric isolation digital quantity input, NPN input form, the input current is 10ma,
4. 6 channels photoelectric isolation digital output: 4 channels is isolated relay output, can be directly connect 220V working voltage, maximum output current is 4A. 2 channels is photoelectric isolation transistor output, used for high frequency, maximum output current is 1A, can control the step motor and servo motor, the output frequency can reach 40KHZ, also can make for PWM applications;
5. 1 channel standard RS232 serial communication interface, can communicate with computer and upper software, also can work with online between multiple controllers;
6. Can download the program directly by RS232 interface, without CD-R machine, convenient program modification and upgrade;
7. 512 bytes data storage that can be used to save the parameters such as data,the data will not lost after power failure.
8.System adopts photoelectric isolation and enable internal watchdog and strict high frequency filter characteristics, make the system stable and reliable work, no crash phenomenon;
9.The internal circuit board size is 92mm*86mm, for the small space can not install the shell, especially suitable for the application of small mechanical;
10.Compact chassis, controller chassis size: 115mm*100 mm, can use screw to install or guide installation;
11.With Keil C or assembly programming, user programming is difficult can send the process flow to us, we can help programming.

Usage
2MT can do 2 channel PWM applications, can download a program online, but no serial control procedures, general is independent control. Only can control the dicect current machine positive and negative going motion.

Attention
1.Customer shall be in strict accordance with the wiring diagram will all control panel wiring out,after check and correct, then can connect the power supply. Otherwise will burn out the controller or external input/output devices.
2.The controller input signal is the default use external DC 12 or 24V power supply.

1.Can be used for all kinds of within 14 points control system, which can be controlled cylinder, solenoid valve, relay, stepper motor, photoelectric converter, capacitive and inductive, hall type various sensors;
2.Can be used to replace within 14 points of PLC to control the various occasions (such as all kinds of machine control);
