The machinery automation technology instead of the traditional manual and combine with the advance laser technology to bonding the wire which ensure the lifetime and resistance to twisting and bending of combi card.

Main function:
1. The strip module feeding automatically, and monitor by sensor.
2. The chip glue welding automatically which controlled by PLC.
3. The strip chip glue welding derived by the cylinder with positioning needle to finish stepping, and monitor by fiber.
4. Punching the strip chip automatically, the cylinder drives the high precision mold to punch the chip, the waste material collecting automatically.
5. Rotating turntable use servo positioning and the mechanical structure fixing to ensure the repeating precision of rotating turntable.
6. The belt drive by servo system to make the card and chip (finished welding) convey synchronously.
7. The wire feeding automatically, and with monitor for wire feeding status, machine supply the wire auto to ensure the steady feeding.
8. MES chip embedding group including prewelding, hot welding, cold pressing, which for embedding the chip and the basic card.
9. The function test can test the contact and contactless at the same time, the broken cards will be got rid of and the good cards collect to the collection box...
10. Air cylinder drive the card connection system to collect the card.
11. Operate by color touch screen, steady and audio-visual.
