China Mold Maker

The obvious reason why we want to go away from USA to China is of course: cost. But we do not want to compromise on quality or Engineering Service.
We already have many injection suppliers, mold makers and plastic part makers in the wide China area. But labour costs are raising fast here in China.

This week I got some interesting quotations for new projects. Compared to our current injection mold maker, some (not all) of the mold makers in China are more hungry for new projects, lower prices and better, faster service.

We make plastic parts as small as 3 mm up to 550 mm, most of them in in PP, ABS, PC. Parts and molds at Metric standards, Chinese mouldbase (Not DME or HASCO). The parts are not too complicated.

When it comes to China..... you have to be alert, careful, do your research and homework and then.... deicde. There are excellent, good, bad and ugly mold makers. I have had all these experiences... I have paid a heavy price to become wiser. Best is to follow the motto "SEEING, DIGGING, ANALYSING AND THEN BELIEVING"

The problem is that manufacturers in China has great mold expert in only one type of action or product.
