FR-29 Traverlling corona equipment
built in high-pressue oil-immersed transformers and aluminum alloy centrifugal fan
stand-alone corona, no need for door to door installation and debugging and easy foroperation but just connecting the power, the mode of thread the film won't be change whatever corona treatment or not.
The use of high frequency high voltage power source, the corona discharge is generated between the corona electrode, low-temperature plasma is formed by ionization of the air between the poles, to produce ozone, a non-polar to polar conversion. At the same time will cause material corona slight uneven surface of the cavity to the surface roughening, to enhance the surface activity, improved surface tension so that after both ink, glue, able to further penetrate the material to be treated, so as to achieve the desired printing and glue effect.
