Designed in 1970 by Hans Wegner, this designer modern classic desk was the new office concept as part of the CH100 series.
Wegner designed the four pieces in 1970 as part of his larger office series, which was produced in limited quantities in the 1970s. Carl Hansen has crafted the relaunch according to Wegner's original drawings and specifications. Also here, as is clearly revealed in the CH110 desk, the devil is in the details. The lustrous desktop rests effortlessly on brushed stainless steel legs – a beautiful example of Wegner's experimentation in steel and wood. The symmetrical desk drawers are handcrafted with dovetail joints, and their custom handles are ingeniously constructed so they do not pull loose even after years of use. The desk is available in oak or walnut, oiled or lacquered. --The desk top of the CH110 is of plywood with venner finshing. The veneer can be ash ,aok,walnut,beech. --Stainless steel legs can be highly polished or brushed.Even can be power coated into black,grey,golden colors etc.
