How do I choose a foundation brush?

Your foundation cosmetic brush choice depends on the type of foundation formula you're using.  As a general rule of thumb, it's advisable to stick to natural bristles liquid foundation brush for powder, and synthetic bristles cosmetic brush for liquid products.  This is because synthetic bristles tend to soak up less product, hence there'll be less product wastage.

STEP1: Dip an appropriate amount of liquid foundation and adjust the dosage on the back of the hand.

STEP2: Apply liquid foundation on the T zone, under the eyes, and on the chin to keep the bristles perpendicular to the skin.

STEP3: Apply from the center of the face outwards, sliding the base makeup brush.

STEP4: In the eye area where makeup is easy to take off, and the nose with obvious pores, use a little pressure to fix the makeup.

STEP5: Finally, swipe the contour area of the face to keep the makeup uniform.
