BS6004 Twin And Earth Cable 2.5 mm

6242Y flat cable 2.5 mm twin and earth (also known as T&E) is a flat PVC insulated and PVC sheathed general wiring cable, they are used for fixed wiring of domestic wiring and lighting circuits, power outlets.

BDK flat cable are tested as per BS 6004, the third party test reports issued by GQI (Previously Known as CEST, a CNAS accredited testing boday). 

The cables contain three conductors. the sizes range from 1mm2 up to 16mm2. The sheath colour can be Grey, White or as per request. 

The common type PVC outer sheathing Twin & Earth cable with (6242Y, 6423Y ) and LSZH sheathing Twin & Earth cable ( 6242B, 6243B,) are available There are different packages for option: coil, reel, blister packaging.
