 How to use the Electric pressure cooker 

Pressure cookers show their advantages and are durable only when used correctly, and should be used in the following way.  

1.  Rub oil  Pressure cooker healthy

For unused new pot, the sealing ring has higher elasticity. Please add a small amount of food oil to the top and bottom of the pot as shown in the arrow in the picture to facilitate initial opening and closing.  The lid, body and handle should be cleaned before each use, so as to close the lid easily.  

2.  Put the food into the Mini electric pressure cooker

When placing food, food and water should not exceed four-fifths of the pot's capacity, and neither water nor soup should be less than 400ml (about two bowls).  

3.  Cover    

(1) before closing the cover, check whether the exhaust pipe is smooth, the anti-blocking cover is clean, the safety valve is intact, and the float activity is free up and down, and in the falling position.  

(2) Put the pot cover flat on the pot body to fix the pot body, let the pot cover rotate clockwise according to the figure, until the upper and lower handles completely coincide, then just move to the working position, float valve has been fully exposed.  

4.  Turn up the heat of the Pressure cooker home use

After the cover can be heated with high fire, see a small amount of steam from the exhaust pipe slowly discharged, then the pressure limit valve buckle to the exhaust pipe, then the float will rise, until the exhaust pipe "hiss" exhaust, can be appropriate to reduce the temperature of the furnace, maintain exhaust to finish cooking
