 Recipe for Air Fryer - chicken string roast:
Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, 50g red sweet pepper, 50g onion and 50g green sweet pepper
Auxiliary materials: 2G salt, 3G honey, 8g soy sauce, 8g oyster sauce, 1g red pepper powder, 10g egg white, 3G starch, 15g vegetable oil and 1g black pepper
Steps--Air Fryer
1. Cut chicken breast into cubes, add egg white, corn starch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, red pepper powder, honey, salt and pepper, stir and mix well, and marinate for about half an hour.
2. Cut red sweet pepper, green sweet pepper and onion into cubes, add an appropriate amount of salt, black pepper and vegetable oil, mix and stir well.
3. Coat the frying pan with vegetable oil.
