A: Please send the format like CDR, Al, PSD, PDF, EPS with high definition(DPI≥300) and
separated layers files.These files need to include the type converted to outlines and all links embedded.

Q: Will you make any inspection for the products?
A: Yes, QC & QA department would make inspection on each production procedure
before loading.

Q: How can start the order?
A: 30% of the total amount as the deposit, rest can be paid before shipment.
