Common faults and maintenance
Vertical jet tin furnace

1. If during use, the thermostat displays (ERR)
It means that the temperature sensing wire has been damaged and must be replaced with a new one
2. If the temperature drops suddenly during use
A: Check whether the fuse is fused;
B: Check whether the heating tube is damaged or deteriorated;
C: If the above two items are not damaged, please replace with a new solid state relay
3. If it is found that all the digits of the meter are flickering obviously
Please check whether the power supply voltage of the instrument is too low and make it meet the technical requirements
4. If there is a difference between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature
Enter the temperature meter function parameters to set the temperature difference compensation. Because the internal parameters of this thermostat are complicated and the function parameters have been locked by a password, please contact the manufacturer’s technical engineer for the password and temperature compensation parameters
5. Instructions for use
A: Turn on the power switch and the power indicator light is on, indicating that it is working normally
B: Set the required temperature first, and then adjust the thermostat to the required temperature (it is recommended to set the melting temperature to 80-150 degrees for the first time, and then slowly adjust the temperature to the required temperature after the tin starts to melt)
C: It takes about 20-30 minutes for the temperature to reach the set temperature
D: After the tin is completely melted, the soldering work can be done
F: The height of the molten tin in the tin furnace should be about 5mm away from the tin furnace.
6. Maintenance method
A: Every day, after the work is completed, be sure to clean the oxides in the tin bath to keep the tin bath and the tin furnace shell clean for a long time
B: When adjusting the temperature parameters and pressing the switch, be careful not to use too much force to avoid damage to the switch. The tin in the tin bath should be kept in sufficient amount, because the temperature sensing point is about the middle height of the tin bath, too little molten tin will cause temperature detection deviation
