KeSan is a professional toolmaker and injection moulder in Shenzhen, China. Our room is equipped with modern Japanese Sodick EDM machines, Taiwan CNC machines, Switzerland CMM measurement equipment and many other drills, they give us the capability to manufacture max. 12 tonnes tool and die. On our first floor run in total 10 injection molding machines ranging from 100 to 250tonnes for in-house tool tests and series production. Our manufacturing processes follow closely to our customer`s working procedures. In addition, we encourage the direct communication between our customer and our engineers, managers to oversee projects. We excel in technical molds for automotive, medical and consumer electronics segments, and have the know-how about tooling with undercut injection mould tools by side cores; automatic-unscrewing mould tools by collapsible cores, split tooling, thread jumping, and floating cores; multi-cavity injection mould tools, overmolding or doublemolding injection mould tools.
