Gantry Pelletizer is designed to produce uniform pellets in wide varieties of size for most of the plastic strands. It can be customized to your need. Output will be changed along with strands input. The standard pellet isΦ3*3.

1. Hard alloy rotor cutter
2. German Nord gear box and motor;
3. All material contact parts are stainless steel 304
4. Compressed air cleaning device
5. Gear drive: overcome jitter and instability, effectively enhance the torque.
6. Reinforce bracket: improve the load capacity.
7. Super rubber roller: more high temperature resistance and wear resistance.
8. Forced cooling: the rubber roller part increases the function of forced cooling.
