Fully-automatic Bag in Box Line for Packaging Margarine or Butter

The finished product is a spoutless bag in box, different from a standard bag-in-box which is with a spout and fitment. The line erects cartons and seals bottoms, inserts and lines open-top bags in cartons by one each to form bag-in-box, hot-fills margarine or butter, heat-seals the bag tops and seals the box top.

This line is designed for packaging semi-fluids like margarine, butter, cream, shortening and even wax with spoutless bags in boxes. This bag in box line includes a carton erector, a carton lining machine (lining bags in erected cartons by one each), a filling machine, a liner bag sealer, a carton sealer and conveyors. The cartons can be sealed with tape or hot melt glue.

The carton lining machine inserts a poly bag in a box, open and fold the bag top over the box top. The machine reduces labor and material costs, is simple to operate and easy to adjust. High efficiency and labor saving.

The liner bag sealer takes the folded bag top off the box top, then fold it inwards from sides, vacuumize the bag (optional), heat-seal the bag top and then fold it in the box.
