An automatic Clothes Folding Machine with a wide range of application, and a strong versatility, suitable for mostly kinds of thick and thin clothes, hang-tag can be showed on above. Garment Folding Machine realizes the continuous operation of automatic folding, bagging and sealing for batch garments,which improves the standard of clothes folding and efficiency of packing, greatly reduces the labor costs, and improves the level of factory intelligentized and roboticized. Appy to most of garment factories.

Machine Efficiency OF Automated Clothes Folding&packaging Machines:

450-600 pcs/ hour, daily output around 5000 pcs in 10 hours, with only 1 operator.

Applicable clothes:

T-shirt, Polo, round collar hoody, hoodie, jacket, casual shirt, thermal underwear, sweater, thin coat, trousers ect.

Applicable polybags:

PE/PP/OPP envelope opening polybag, width range of bag 22~42cm;

Not applicable to flat opening polybag, folded opening polybag

Machine Function

* Folding: Automatic folding different types of thin and thick clothes.

* Bagging: Automatic packing the folded clothes into the bag.

* Sealing: Automatic sealing the bag (3 different sealing types for choose).

* The clothes folded length and width can be adjusted as needed.

* Machine can detect the length of each clothes intelligently, when clothes size is different, machine will

identify and adjust the first folding length automatically, to ensure the uniform folded size. Means different

size of clothes can be folded into same size and packed into same bags.

* Machine will calculate the number of completed pieces automatically, easy to know the daily output.

* If paperboard or paper is needed inside clothes, place it at the same time when place clothes manually.

* The parameters of different types clothes can be saved for easy switching.
