The following things need to be arranged by the factory for auto folding and packing machine. 

1. Sufficient space for machines. Machine Size is about 4.8m length x 1.10m widthx 1.45m Hight, about 1.2 Tons (two sections in total) 

2. Prepare a  forklift which can bearing 1.5-3 Tons weight to discharg machine.  Needs hoisting if going upstairs. Clothes Folding Machine

3. 220V power outlet should be set up near the machine.  Clothes Packaging Machine

4.Need to prepare a 3-4 kw air compressor machine which need to do waterproof processing and the trachea joints which will connecting the two pcs of 10mm windpipe and then put into machine. -Because the air out of the air compressor contains water, it is necessary to add a cold dryer to treat the water. If not treated, it will lead to the cylinder of the machine, the solenoid valve is easy to damage and the response is slow.

5. If connected the large air compressor machine which had already did waterproof , the pipe more than 1.2cm thick should be prepare to the nearby to the machine and then connecting two pcs of 10mm air pipes put into the machine. 

6.If it is a machine which stripping sticky tape and seal, plastic bags need to be prepared in advance, and the tape strip on the plastic bag needs to have a solid line (can not red color) for machine identification and grasping. Clothing Folding Packing Machine

7. If the machine is equipped with automatic paper, paper card, desiccant function, need to prepare the corresponding materials in advance. Paper and desiccant need to be made into rolls. Folding Packing With Sealing
