This kit is used for in vitro qualitative nucleic acid detection of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) A, respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) B, parainfluenza virus 1 (PIV1), parainfluenza virus 2 (PIV2), parainfluenza virus 3 (PIV3), coronavirus (229E, HKU1, NL63,OC43), adenovirus, Humanbocavirus(hBoV), human metapneumovirus (hMPV), influenza A, influenza B, human
rhinovirus(hRV) simultaneously in respiratory specimens including oropharyngeal swabs and sputum. It contains eight tubes, the A tube Primer sets and FAM labeled probes are designed for specific detection of RSVB, VIC labeled probe for RSVA, the B tube Primer sets and FAM labeled probes for specific detection of HCoV-NL63, VIC labeled probe for HCoV-HKU1, the C tube Primer sets and FAM labeled probes for specific detection of HCoV-229E, VIC labeled probe for HCoVOC43, the D tube Primer sets and FAM labeled probes for specific detection of PIV1, VIC labeled probe for PIV2, the E tube Primer sets and FAM labeled probes for specific detection of adenovirus, VIC labeled probe for PIV3, the F tube Primer sets and FAM labeled probes for specific detection of hBoV, VIC labeled probe for hMPV, the G tube Primer sets and FAM labeled probes for specific detection of influenza A, VIC labeled probe for influenza B, the H tube Primer sets and FAM labeled probes for specific detection of hRV, VIC labeled probe for Human RNase P , Human RNase P gene extracted concurrently with the test sample provides an internal control to validate nucleic extraction procedure and reagent integrity.
