What color temperature should an office be?

I will straightforwardly to say that avoid any led lighting below 3500 Kelvin. It’s too yellow, and some research behind it will discourage you from using it. The optimal light temperature in the office is between 3500 Kelvin and 5500 Kelvin. Anything higher than 5500K is too blue, anything lower than 3500K will reduce the productivity of your employees.
