What is thedifference between Ribbon Fanout Pigtail and Bunch Pigtail?

Pigtails are divided into single-core fiber pigtails and multi-core fiber pigtails. The multi-core fiber pigtail contains 12 cores, one end is fusion spliced, and one end is equipped with a connector. This is called a Ribbon Fanout Pigtail. The single-core fiber pigtail is fusion spliced at one end and a connector at the other end, which bundles 12 in a sector for easy use. This is called a Bunch Pigtail. The ribbons are basically not used for civilian use, and are mostly large-scale communications projects such as telecommunications and mobile. The bunch are also less for civilian use, and are mostly used for industrial projects. The civilian use is single fiber at most.
