1. Belt feeder,
The belt feeder is the most commonly used standard feeder in the placement machine feeder. The traditional structure methods include wheel type, claw type, pneumatic type and multi-pitch electric type. Now it has developed into high-precision electric type and high-precision electric type. Compared with the traditional structure, the transmission accuracy is higher, the feeding speed is faster, the structure is more compact, the performance is more stable, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
The basic width of the strip material is: 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, 24mm, 32mm, 44mm and 52mm, etc., and the spacing is 2mm, 4mm, 8mm, 12mm and 16, etc.; the diameter of the reel is 7 in and 13 in. 

2. Tray feeder, tray feeder
It can be divided into single-layer structure and multi-layer structure. The single-layer tray feeder is directly installed on the feeder rack of the placement machine and occupies multiple slots. It is suitable for the situation where there is not much tray-type material; multi-layer tray-type feeder The material has a multi-layer automatic conveying tray, which takes up a small space and has a compact structure. It is suitable for situations with a large amount of tray materials. Most of the tray components are various IC integrated circuit components.

When using pallet materials, you need to pay attention to keeping the exposed components of the large tube corners to prevent damage to the mechanical and electrical properties during transportation and use. When TQFP, PQFP, BGA, TSOP and SSOPs components are used in the tray, the tray size can reach 150mm x 330.2mm and the height is 25.4mm. What's interesting is that the tray feeder can not only supply the pick-up components of the placement machine, but also serve as a potential throwing station for valuable components.

3. Tube Feeder
Tubular feeders usually use a vibrating feeder to ensure that the components in the tube continue to enter the pickup position of the placement head. Generally, PLCC and SOIC use this method to feed. The tubular feeder has the characteristics of good protection of the component pins, poor stability and standardization, and low production efficiency.
