Sheet metal processing
Sheet metal processing is a comprehensive cold working process for sheet metal (usually less than 6mm), including shearing, blanking, bending, welding, riveting, mold forming and surface treatment. Its remarkable feature is the same thickness of the same part.

Sheet metal processing method:
Non-die processing: through the number of punching, laser cutting, shearing machine, bending machine, riveting machine and other equipment on the sheet metal process, generally used for sample production or small batch production, high cost. Short processing cycle and quick response.

Mold processing: through fixed mold, sheet metal processing, generally have blanking die, forming die, mainly used for mass production, low cost. Mould cost is high in the early stage and quality of parts is guaranteed. The early processing cycle is long and the mold cost is high.
Sheet metal processing process:
Blanking: number punching, laser cutting, shearing machine

Forming - bending, stretching, punching: bending machine, punch, etc

Other processing: riveting, tapping, etc

Welding: sheet metal connection

Surface treatment: powder spraying, electroplating, wire drawing, screen printing, etc
