The injection molding process mainly includes four stages: filling, holding pressure, cooling and demolding. 1. Injection molding process: The injection molding process is from injection molding to mold closing until the mold cavity is filled to about 95%. The function of the pressure holding stage is to continuously apply pressure to compress the melt and increase the density of the plastic to compensate for the shrinkage behavior of the plastic. Driven by pressure, the plastic melt enters the vertical flow channel, main flow channel, and shunt channel of the mold through the nozzle of the injection molding machine, and then enters the mold cavity through the gate. This is the flow.

2. Principle of injection molding process: The injection molding machine uses the thrust of the screw (or plunger) to heat the raw material so that the plastic is melted in the flow state and injected into the closed mold core. Driven by the injector screw or plunger, the injector and the injection system of the mold enter the mold cavity, and the product is obtained after drying and shaping.
