Product description
The hydraulic system of excavator generally
uses silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor. The resistance strain gauge in the
hydraulic high pressure sensor induces mechanical deformation after sensing the
pressure of the main pump, resulting in the change of the resistance value of
the sensor. The electronic circuit detects this change and converts and outputs
a standard measurement electrical signal corresponding to this pressure to the
controller. The controller converts the electric signal into pressure value and
displays it on the display, and finally realizes the detection, transmission
and display of the pressure signal of the main pump for real-time monitoring
and fault diagnosis. In the process of no-load operation of the newly assembled
excavator, the display shows that the pressure difference between the front and
rear pumps is greater than 0.8MPa, which is a fault. This is because the main
pump of the newly assembled excavator has been calibrated by the manufacturer.
In the process of no-load operation, the actual pressure difference of the main
pump itself is very small and can be ignored. Considering the influence of
temperature and other comprehensive factors on the measurement of pressure
sensor, the maximum allowable error range is ±1% of the full range, and the
ultimate display pressure difference value of the pump before and after the
calculation of error is 0.8MPa. If the pressure difference between the front
and rear pumps is greater than 0.8MPa when the excavator is running without
load, it exceeds the maximum error range. At this time, the hydraulic high
pressure sensor can be judged to be damaged and should be replaced.
