In common rail system, the control of fuel pressure usually adopts closed-loop control. The ECU calculates the theoretical rail pressure according to the signal from the rail pressure sensor under the current working condition, so as to control the opening of the metering unit and realize rail pressure control. The actual rail pressure detected by the existing rail pressure sensor is compared and corrected to realize the closed-loop control. A silicon film is installed in the threaded head of the guideway pressure sensor. The silicon film measures the fuel pressure in the common rail and converts the pressure value into a voltage signal through an internal circuit, which is then output to the ECU. At the end of the guideway pressure sensor, there are usually three pins, which are power pin, guideway pressure signal pin and signal pin. Supply voltage, usually 5 volts; Signal ground wire is 0V; Rail pressure signal voltage is generally between 0.5-4.5V. When rail pressure is zero, the signal output is 0.5V. When the rail voltage reaches its maximum, the signal voltage is 4.5V.
