What is the function of filter plate?

As a necessary part of the filter press, the filter plate plays a very important role as a filter medium. A filter plate and a filter cloth form a filter chamber, which is an important place for solid-liquid separation after the material enters the filter press. The filter press is divided into manual type and automatic type. The program-controlled automatic filter press has a control cabinet with function buttons, and the filter press is commanded to perform various operations through the control cabinet. The sludge enters the filter chamber of the filter press under the pressure of the feed pump, the liquid flows out of the filter chamber through the fine mesh on the filter cloth, while the solid part is trapped in the filter chamber, and finally compressed into a filter cake. After the filter press completes the entire process, the filter cake is dropped by pulling the button of the filter plate, and the whole cycle of the filter press is completed. The operating principle of sewage treatment equipment is as simple as that.
