 What preparations should be made before operating cast iron plate frame filter press? 

1. Whether the plate and frame filter press is working in the normal filter press;
2. Check whether the press cloth is damaged. Adjust the holes of the press cloth and the plate and frame to keep them on a concentric circle, and the hole of the cloth is smaller than the hole of the plate and frame;
3. Check the number of plate and frame, and forbid the plate and frame filter press to work under the condition of less than the specified number;
4. Before running the plate and frame filter press, it is necessary to check the safety performance of the pipeline, whether there is blockage and omission phenomenon;
