General papermaking sludge treatment method flow:
The fiber-containing physical and chemical sludge in the pretreatment and the excess sludge produced by the biochemical treatment system are concentrated by gravity in the sludge thickening tank, and then dehydrated by the belt filter press before being transported for disposal. The supernatant of the sludge thickening tank and the press filter filtrate of the sludge are discharged into the sewage collection system of the plant. After a large amount of sludge produced by papermaking wastewater is treated, if it can be used reasonably, it will turn waste into treasure.
