Fully Automatic Sludge Dewatering Filter Press

Working principle of chamber filter press:
The plates and frames are arranged alternately, and the two sides of the filter plates are covered with filter cloth, and the plates and frames are compressed with a pressing device, that is, a filter press chamber is formed between the plates and frames.
There is a small hole in the middle of the upper end of the plate and the frame. After being compressed, it becomes a channel. The sludge pressurized to 0.2~0.4MPa enters the filter press chamber through this channel. The surface of the filter plate is engraved with grooves. There are holes for the filtrate to be discharged. Under pressure, the filtrate is discharged out of the filter through the filter cloth and along the grooves and holes to dehydrate the sludge.

Automated plate and frame filter presses have been developed at home and abroad. Plate and frame filter presses can withstand higher sludge specific resistance than vacuum filters, which can reduce the consumption of conditioning agents and use cheaper agents.
