How to use Hydraulic chamber filter press?

1. Preparation
- Check the filter press for any damage or defects
- Ensure that the filter plates are clean and free from any debris
- Check the hydraulic system for any leaks or malfunctions
- Ensure that the feed pump is working properly and that the slurry is properly mixed

2. Loading the filter press
- Open the filter press and place the filter plates in the correct sequence
- Close the filter press and ensure that the filter plates are properly aligned
- Connect the feed pump to the inlet port of the filter press and start pumping the slurry

3. Pressing
- Once the filter press is full, close the feed pump and activate the hydraulic system
- The hydraulic system will compress the filter plates, squeezing out the liquid and leaving behind the solid cake
- The pressure can be adjusted to achieve the desired level of filtration

4. Discharging
- Once the filtration process is complete, open the filter press and remove the solid cake
- The cake can be disposed of or further processed as required
- Clean the filter plates and the filter press before the next use

5. Maintenance
- Regularly inspect and maintain the hydraulic system to ensure proper functioning
- Replace any damaged or worn out parts
- Clean the filter plates and the filter press after each use to prevent clogging and prolong the life of the equipment.
