What is hydraulic filter press?

According to the pressing way, the filter press can be divided into manual pressing, jack pressing, mechanical pressing and hydraulic pressing filter press. The hydraulic pressing mechanism of the filter press consists of a hydraulic station, an oil cylinder, a piston, a piston rod and a Havland card connected with the piston rod and the pressing plate. The structure of the hydraulic station consists of a motor, an oil pump, a relief valve (regulating pressure) reversing valve, a pressure gauge, an oil circuit and a fuel tank. Hydraulic filter press is a more commonly used intermittent pressure filtration equipment, with good separation effect, easy to use, etc., mainly used in sewage treatment and sludge dewatering fields.

Preparation for filter press operation:

(1) Whether the number of plates and frames conforms to the regulations, it is forbidden to start the machine when the number of plates and frames is less than the specified number. 
(2) Whether the arrangement order of the plate and frame meets the requirements, whether the installation is smooth, and whether the sealing surface is in good contact. 
(3) Whether the press cloth is damaged or not, and the press cloth hole is smaller than the plate and frame hole and is relatively concentric. 
(4) The pipeline is smooth, there is no leakage point. 
(5) Whether the hydraulic system works normally and whether the pressure gauge is sensitive and easy to use.
