The pressing process of the filter press requires the operator to first check the whole machine of the plate and frame filter press, including whether the filter cloth and the power supply are normal. At this time, attention must be paid to opening the discharge valve. Press the "Start" button. At this time, the oil pump starts to work, and then the piston pushes the compression plate to compress it. When the pressure in the filter chamber of the plate and frame filter press reaches the design point, the hydraulic device will automatically stop working. In the subsequent work, when the pressure decreases and cannot meet the normal work, the hydraulic system will automatically open.

Food hydraulic filter press operation method:
1. Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on.
2. Press the "Start" button to start the oil pump.
3. Move all the filter plates to the end of the thrust plate and make them in the center of the two beams.
4. Press the "Compress" button, the piston pushes the compression plate, and compresses all the filter plates. After reaching the hydraulic working pressure value, turn the lock nut to lock and maintain the pressure. Press the "Close" button, and the oil pump stops working.
5. Undercurrent: open the filtrate valve to discharge liquid, open flow: open the water nozzle to discharge liquid, open the feed valve, feed and filter.
6. Close the feeding valve and stop feeding.
7. Washable type: open the water nozzle, then open the washing water valve, and wash with water (whether the filter cake is washed or not is determined by the user).
8. Start the oil pump, press the "press" button, and after the nut is locked, screw the nut to the front end of the piston rod (the end of the compression plate), and then press the "release" button, and the piston will return to the proper working position after the compression plate After clearance, turn off the motor. Move each filter plate to unload slag.
9. Check the filter cloth and filter plate, and remove the residue on the joint surface. When all the filter plates are moved to the end of the thrust plate and located in the two horizontal and two centers, the next working cycle can be entered.
