 1. First paste the material object with manual mud to form the outline;

2. Put the blister plate making machine to form the blister shell hair embryo;

3. Pour the special gypsum into the blister shell hair embryo and form the gypsum hair embryo after air drying;

4. Deep processing of gypsum hair embryo and regular shape by electric milling machine;

5. Hand grinding and hand adding parts;

6. Glue each polished plaster part into a complete plaster mold;

7. Then put in the Blister version machine Blister molding complete sample;

8. According to the size of the finished product, manual edge cutting, edge sealing, complete all the proofing process.
