Product Description

Ensinger's PEEK material (chemical name polyether ether ketone) uses Victrex® PEEK 450G or Solvay KetaSpire® KT-820 to provide semi-finished rods, plates and tubes. Through extrusion, the plastic can be used for machining. PEEK is a unique semi-crystalline, thermoplastic engineering plastic with excellent chemical compatibility.The long-term use temperature of parts made of high-temperature plastic PEEK can reach 260°C (480°F), and its melting point is about 341°C (646°F). PEEK plastic is often used in hot water or steam environments, and can maintain a high level of physical properties such as bending strength and tensile strength. Polyetheretherketone is usually regarded as an expensive thermoplastic engineering plastic, but experienced users have realized the added value of PEEK material-it can be used to manufacture lighter weight, higher strength, in harsh environments Medium-sized parts with longer service life.
