Product Description
Product Description
Conductive PTFE Sheet and Rod Materials

Conductive PTFE sheet and rod materials are extruded profiles produced using high-end conductive fillers to modify PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) plastic through square or circular die heads, typically black in color. Conductive PTFE sheet and rod not only retain the excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, and creep resistance of PTFE resin but also enhance anti-static performance in high-temperature environments. The surface resistivity ranges from 1E3 to 1E5 ohm-seconds, with a long-term operating temperature of 200°C. Conductive PTFE sheet and rod materials are widely used in high-temperature environments for products subjected to high stress, fatigue stress, or impact stress, such as semiconductor fixtures, components of semiconductor liquid crystal manufacturing equipment, clamps in wafer processing, dust covers for cleanroom equipment for sensitive electronic components, and electronic semiconductor transportation equipment.

PTFE Material Properties:

PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is a basic fluoropolymer material renowned for its unique properties, including chemical resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, low friction, non-stick properties, and electrical insulation. These characteristics have been widely recognized across various industries, accounting for over 60% of the total demand for fluoropolymers. PTFE is extensively used in applications such as corrosion protection, sealing, insulation, anti-adhesion, high-temperature resistance, and medical applications.

Thermal Resistance: It can be used in a wide temperature range from -200°C to 260°C, with a short-term maximum temperature of up to 300°C;

Mechanical Properties: Relatively low strength/stiffness, high density;

Abrasion Resistance: Possesses an unparalleled low friction coefficient among plastics;

Chemical Resistance: Resistant to most chemical reagents and solvents, physiologically inert.

Flame-retardant performance: Oxygen index of 95%, meets UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rating;

Electrical properties: Low and stable dielectric constant, exhibiting excellent insulation properties;

Non-stick properties: Extremely low surface tension (almost no materials adhere to PTFE, making it difficult to bond or weld), with outstanding non-stick and release properties.

Weather resistance: Suitable for long-term outdoor use, with good resistance to sunlight, wind, rain, and exhaust gases.
