About Nitrogen Systems：The raw air is compressed by the air compressor and enters the post-stage air storage tank. Most of the oil, liquid water, and dust adhere to the container wall and flow to the bottom of the tank and are regularly discharged from the drain valve. The air purification system is composed of a cold dryer, three filters with different precisions and a degreaser. Through freezing and dehumidification and filters from coarse to fine, the liquid water, oil and dust in the compressed air are filtered clean, so that The dew point of the compressed air pressure drops to 2-10°C, the oil content drops to 0.001PPm, and the dust is filtered to 0.01μm, which ensures the cleanliness of the raw gas entering the Portable Nitrogen Generator Machine.

The purified air enters two adsorption towers through two channels, and alternately adsorbs and desorbs through the automatic switching of the pneumatic valve on the Nitrogen Maker Machine. This process separates most of the nitrogen in the air from a small part of oxygen, and the oxygen-enriched air emptying. Nitrogen enriched at the top of the tower is transported to the rear-stage nitrogen storage tank through pipelines, and then enters the gas use point after passing through the flow meter.
