Q2: Do you have any factory audits?
A2: Yes,now we have passed BSCI RHOS ISO9001, ISO13485,  CE0123, etc.

Q3: How is the quality of your factory?
A3: We have strict process control system for raw material control, process control and finished product quality. The finished products and products will be inspected in the production line before packaging.

Q1: Can you provide OEM or ODM service?
A1: Yes, we have strong developing team and R&D team to support OEM and ODM service. The products can be made according to your request.

Q2: What’s your MOQ?
A2: 1000pcs. For our first cooperation, your small order is acceptable, but the price is a little highly, you know, the price is based on quantity.

Q3: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?
A3: The stock sample 5 day, making sample 7~10 days after received your sample fee. The production lead time is about 35 days based on MOQ.

Q4: What’s your payment terms?
A4: 30% deposit, and balance against the copy of BL or LC at sight. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

 Q5: What's your quality guarantee period?
A5:  2 Years from shipment.

Q6:  Can the mobile App be customized? And can you send me your SDK to develop my own App?
A6:  The standard App cannot be customized. We offer the protocol and sorcecode to help you develop you own App
