We have a professional quality control team in every production process.
1:IQC material testing
  Prior to assembly is quality control and all materials are inspected by IQC.
2: Finished product inspection QC.
  After the product is assembled, QC Dutys will check all product functions at the production line and check at the quality department.

Q1: Are you a trader or a manufacturer?

A1: We are an industry and trade integrated enterprise. The company has its own factory and production line to ensure stable quality and shipments. Since we are an industry and trade company, we can guarantee that our prices are very competitive and cost effective.

Q2: What is your minimum order quantity?

A2: 1000 only. For our first cooperation, your small order is acceptable, but the price is a bit high, you know, the price is based on quantity.

Q3: What is the sample lead time and production lead time?

Q3: Stock samples are taken for 3 days, and samples are taken 3-5 working days after receiving samples. The production lead time depends on the number of orders you place, based on the minimum order quantity of approximately 7-15 days.

Q4: What are your payment terms and terms of the transaction?

A4: T / T 30% is prepayment, 70% is before delivery. We will show you photos of the products and packaging before you pay the balance.

Q5:Is it harmful to health when taking the test? Is there any radiation?

A5:The basic working theory of infrared thermometer is using the infrared sensor to detect the infrared ray which dissipates by the human body and change it to data shows on the LCD. The thermometer will not dissipate any infrared ray; even do not contact any skin, so please feel free when using it.
